Cooperation Agreement with Tianjin Jinan

On January 8, 2018, Weihua Group held strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Tianjin Jin'an Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jin'an Heavy Industry"). Han Xianbao, founder of the Group, and Meng Qingfeng, general manager of Jin'an Heavy Industry, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Both parties will conduct all-round cooperation in the fields of machinery manufacturing, design and manufacture of non-standard equipment, construction and installation and engineering general contracting, and establish strategic cooperative partnership.

Jin'an Heavy Industry is a professional enterprise invested by Tianjin Port Group in equipment manufacturing. The main business scope covers lifting and transportation equipment, material handling and conveying equipment, mining machinery, marine engineering auxiliary products and large-scale steel structure engineering, Mechanical and electrical engineering, with design, manufacture, installation and commissioning.
