INTRODUCTION

Shipbuilding gantry crane is specially designed and manufactured for hoisting and overturning large-scale hull segmentation in docks or berths. It is a large hoisting capacity, long span, multi-functional and high-efficiency gantry crane.

Since Weihua developed the first shipbuilding gantry crane in 2005, we have accumulated rich experience in electromechanical design, structural analysis and calculation, manufacturing, transportation, installation and commissioning, and has formed its own core technology. By far, we have developed and manufactured shipbuilding gantry cranes with different specifications including 100-2000 tons.

The ship building gantry crane can be single girder and double girder designed. It mainly composed of steel gantry frame, upper trolley, lower trolley, trolley travelling mechanism, maintenance, lubrication, elevator and electric equipment. And there are rail clamp device (or wheel actuator), anchor device, lifting weight limiter system, wind speed and direction system, limit switch of each mechanism, and the other safety protection device for this crane. The deviation rectifying system can be equipped in case of very large span.
